Rotating electrical outlets.

Filed under:  Home tools  by:  admin

Now, why we have not thought of it before? Look at the picture and you will know the convenience of this electrical sockets in a swivel holder.

We all have faced this problem of finding the right direction to plug in as some of the gadgets we buy are fitted with odd sized and weird shaped (not symmatrical I mean) plug pins. This is said to rotate up to 90 degrees!

Hmm… quite a turn really!

Desktop fountains at discount.

Filed under:  Interior decoration  by:  admin

For various reasons, I like fountains inside my house. I like to hear the sound of falling water.

Would like to buy this odd looking desktop fountain? It costs only $99 and is available at Discount Fountains. This is fully made of bamboo and can last a life time. Bamboo and water are a great combination than water and metal.

After you install the fountain, focus light on it and not behind it.

Spread some smooth stones inside the water tub.

Put anti-algae plant.

Change water once in three days.

Showcase your staircase.

Whatever you like and admire, you place it on your showcase for other to see. You expect others to appreciate your taste, envy your collection and thus make you dizzy with pride.

If you are of that kind, (I too am), then look at this staircase which itself will look like a big showcase.

Look at the picture! The lovely green glass staircase seem to be hanging in space.

How to open the frozen car door?

In another a week or so, the winter should reach the peak, freezing everything that is ready to freeze.

Car doors are always ready to embrace the snow like anything that is made of metal. So, how to open the frozen car door? Here a few methods that I learnt from a Hindi magazine.

* Heat the car key but don’t forget to wear the gloves.

* How about using the hair drier? Just blow the hot air on the key hole for a fe minutes and try to open.

* Have you heard about the de-icer? It is a mixture of vinegar and water placed in a spraying utensil. Some use alcohol too and mix it with an auto lubricant.

The picture below-is this really a kitchen or some cinema set? Isn’t it awesome?

This sleek and stylish kitchen 36E8 is designed by the famous designer Daniele Lago. I wonder how he conceived the whole picture in his mind before making it real with wood and glass.

Whether you have money or not to buy this dream kitchen, no one will stop you wishing for it. Who knows, you may after all get it tomorrow!
