Author A mixer is as essential to Indian cooking as rice cooker. Without a mixer, we can cook only 50% of the days menu.
Since last 10 days, our mixie was not working and we have been outsourcing the mixing job from our neighbours. I have informed my husband of my predicament but he as ever lent a deaf ear.
