Just we cross the magic number of 40 years, we start contemplating on our retirement plans. There are no exceptions to this-eh?

Arizona is known for its rather hot but sunny to the Americans.
Advantages:
The cost of living is below 3% of the national average.
Fairly high employment opportunities.
The most popular areas are planned communities (retirement-specific and otherwise) northwest of the city, including Oro Valley and other towns in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains.
