Roasted ice cream?

Author Due to demands and requests, I am adding “recipes” in the category. The first recipe is about roasted banana ice cream.
Roasted ice cream-is it a sort of oxymoron? How can you call something ice when it is roasted?
When I just glanced at the recipe, I saw the mention of a preheated oven. So, there is really some heat involved in making this ice cream!
